This will not only get you in trouble but the one who help you would get into trouble too. Remember that Paypal complies to its own User Agreement and Acceptable Usage Policy very strictly. If you still intend to ignore rules and still want to follow through, be prepared to face the consequences. Paypal is not a small organization which you can easily fool. Before you do start doing anything which is deem to be a breach of contracts or which is deemed illegal, stop right there and find some method which you can legally use. Lying and cheating does not make you a trustworthy person.
Please dont be tempted to do unlawful things and above all dont put others in trouble. Dont even dream of having an Indian account while you are from Bangladesh. Thats all I want to say now.
