Any illegal issues here?

I am pretty sure everything is fine, just wanted a couple opinions. Mainly looking at the adlink in the middle.

The one on the left might cause some issue.

It's under a heading 'Fantasy Football Resources' this may be against the TOS, as they only let you 'title' ads like, "Sponsored Links" etc.

Again, I want to emphasize the might. Send them an email if you really aren't sure.

 

yeah, I got a little concerned about that one and move it down.

 

Im concerned about the on under the "exclusives" heading in the center. I didnt put it there to be deceiving, but it just looks stupid the ads above that.

 

Hmm...I don't see it.

But, people do a lot seedier things than that with their ads, and haven't been removed.

If you're really concerned, fire Google an email with a screenshot of it, and tell them you'd like to change the format to look like that and if this is OK or not.

 

I did send google an email. I dont see that this will be a problem, I just get nervous about mistakenly screwing up with this stuff.
