any ideas on this font?

now before you guys and girls go referring me to whatthefont.com and other websites... i have already tried a couple and i have had no luck so i am turning here in the hopes that perhaps one of you has it and may know what it is.
basically i have to recreate this logo and i would like to get the font if not the same, then as close to as i can. here's the image

 

I've seen that font before, can't remember it off the top of my head though.

I'm almost positive that it's Handel Sans.
Type "M S Aerospace" into the sample text. You'll see they're identical.

LOL! No, I'm not a font genius.
I just had some spare time to kill.

I loaded the image into Fireworks and erased the background.
Then, it was much easier for WhatTheFont.com to recognize.
