Any Ideas on How I should Promote this?

Ok, I have just finished creating my website and I am not sure how to get the right traffic that will result into members. The site is a Social Talent Community that revolves around ANY type of talent. It's basically a place that allows talented individuals the opportunity to showcase their skills to talent agents and just in general. The type of members that I am looking for are ones that will create videos of themselves doing whatever it is that they think they do well. It could be ANYTHING, I want every talent shown on the site. and I mean ANYTHING.( just not adult)

I am not really sure how to get the types of members that will create the videos, anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'm by NO means just trying to advertise, Im just giving the link out so someone can review my site and give me information on how to market it.

Add site to directories and search engines. Post link in signature of forums that allow it. Add site to social bookmark sites.

nice site I suggest to submit to social bookmarking sites, create a nice banner and run google adwords campaign it's cheap and effective for kinda sites.
