hosting business is very competative and you need to be patient.
And dont get worry if other sellers with unlimited unmetered are getting more customers.
Sooner or later customers will move back for good quality hosting
Make sure your hosting can provide quality service.

Also try promoting in webhosting section and forums.

Remove adsense.. You might be loosing $$ in exchange of cents.

Try PPC for advertising your business. But be very careful! It's highly saturated marketed. Don't loose more money then you can afford!

    "Why you should choose us?
We'll be entirely honest with you. Give us the chance to show you what we are like.
We've served many local clients, and we're now expanding outwards. We don't have much of a reputation online,
Let us prove ourselves to you."

I'd try taking that line out of there on your homepage. It could make alot of potential customers leave.

Rather than going for all that, why don't you target for few less competitive keywords.
Once you can get traffic for those keywords, all you need is to maintain the ranking.
You will get traffic, for much lesser price and mostly they are real good customers.

What are the few less competitive keywords?
Big hosts use 1000's of keywords

Try marketing in your area. Try using keywords for your city and towns near bye.

Contact local businesses that might not have websites. Tell them the advantages of having their own website and how many new customers it could bring in.

I would consider a redesign of the homepage, it's very text heavy , perhaps think about an image or two and also give some space to mention your shared hosting packages as the homepage only mentions the dedicated package costing 160, which may be out of many customers proce range.
