    I have read somewhere but forget the source. I think using Chrome browser extension. Do you have any info about how to make autoposting for G+?

    Yes. You can link your G+ account to FB or Twitter. You will require a feedburner account for that.

    I use a service called dlvr.it that does a pretty good job of auto-posting to twitter and facebook for me and they have a pro plan that offers G+ autoposting from a feed.
