Marketing a Video site. Have you tried a Google Adwords traffic campaign? Have you tried putting an opt-in list on your video site? I would join a forum related to your niche, get people or offer people something of value in relation to your niche, like free access to your site...and get some backlinks with other people. Also StumbleUpon video is an excellent way for quick traffic
