Any idea why this site isn't indexed?

Still no cached pages on Google. MSN has a bunch, Yahoo has the first page. I would go through the logs and see if Google has come but it is on a shared resource, and the reports aren't by URL requested.

 

Google still doesn't have this in its index. Is it possible that the site has been previously blacklisted?

 

I think somebody might be stealing my PR.
