Any Idea Why Sometimes Xoom Cancels the Payment ?

    Someone was trying to send me his paypal funds thru xoom, but he later told me that his transaction got canceled and he got the refund as well.

    His paypal is verified, so I was just wondering what can be the other reason(s) for the cancellation of the payment :confused:

    Anybody got smiler experience?

    Well, i faced the same problem before, but my Disbursement Method was pick-up and the transfer was domestic, so it got cancelled.

    Ask them (Xoom) about cancellation of your transaction because they only able to give you valid reason for that.

    Yeah, But dont ask their customer support, thats too lame to answer any question :) They are only able to say what a tracking number says. Follow the instrcution i have given here:

    You will get the exact reason why your transaction was cancelled if you go through Verification Department and also they will let you know how to solve the problem permanently :)

    but they did solved my problems when i called them last month... i think xoom customer care is better and faster too... and unlike paypal, xoom did solved my problems...:D

    This chap send m his paypal funds from Canada, i gave all the right info reg bank , branch code , ac no etc.. duno why it got canceled .. :confused:
