Any idea to create traffic and link for Proxy site?

    I new to proxy, just wonder how can get a decent traffic from proxy?

    my friend can get 10-20k easily with no SEO within one month?

    proxy will be blocked by country in a short time, hard to drive in traffic,

    just wonder how they can do this?

    any clue?

    if you have a monthly budget for paying traffic, it's better to use adwords for it
