Its telling you to order whatever from their(clients) website, not yours.

I've seen issues where PP sets up a business account instead of a personal account and this occurs. Its pretty rare though. Definitely send a support ticket to them to sort this out.

Just go to your Settings area and change your ways to recive money in your PP account. If you can`t manage that, just call PP to help you with it ;)

That is true... But contact them by calling them, not sending tickets... They won`t reply very fast on tickets... You can try also Facebook messages, i heard that they reply pretty fast on Facebook too. But best option is to call them...

Hello, I had the exact same problem.

I have a business that i ran online, and the first time I created and send an invoice to my client, they were not able to pay it. They got an error saying "this cannot be processed right now". After contacting PayPal they said that the person who was sending the money was from US and I was not. And the person who was sending the money did not use PayPal for a long time. I know it is not a good reason to block a payment but there you go. Also my clients needed to call them to verify.
I have a verified account and it is unlimited. For the first 3-4 Payments that got rejected i needed to submit tickets and constantly call them, but now it seems ok. So my advice would be just to call them, or the people who are sending you money to call them.

What you may also check is to go under settings ( If you have business account) Go to Profile -> Profile Settings -> My selling tools -> Block Payments ( this is in the list on your right) And then select Update next to Block Payments. Make sure you have these settings are accordingly selected.

    Hope this helps, Cheers.

Interesting how do you know that it isn't fraud when they can't use their paypal to pay you unless it get verified by PayPal again?
