I'm using the Google Mail Enterprise solution for our site and have been out of mailboxes for a while. I'm hoping they get this sucker out of beta soon so we can get more email boxes either by paying or w/e. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I've not heard anything. Thanks
Gmail sign-ups are now open worldwide! No more waiting for someone to invite you—just create an account directly at www.gmail.com.
it is no more beta version.initially for few months it was beta people were waiting for someone to invite.
"G" is only carrying the Beta moniker because of it not being fully available without an invite worldwide. Certain continents still require an invite.
Sorry I should have been more clear, not Gmail guys, the Enterprise Mail Hosting solution. Click here to see what i mean: http://mail.google.com/hosted/straferight.com/ That runs on the Gmail platform but email addresses are so it is seemless for your customers/members but has all of the functionality of Google's apps
Hello, Gmail is not anymore in Beta. You can register here: http://mail.google.com/mail/help/open.html ameran
I did a small search after it, but so far I couldn't get much news about it. Maybe you can contact Google themselves with the question if they know when Google Enterprise Hosted solution will release on estimate.
I have it up on our site...we love it! Though they only gave me 100 boxes to start with so I'm just curious when they will go full bore with the initiative so I can get more of our members setup with it. Thanks for the replies all
BTW whats this "nice screensaver" post that automatically appends to all my posts (andI have to edit them) anyone else getting that?
i just tried it on a different computer, it looks like its a spyware on my other one. it says "lol nice, hey check out this screensaver" with a link to a .scr file...
I still have 1000 accounts, and don't know when it will get out of beta. The service is really good so I'm planning to use it for all my domains. Hope that when they go out of beta, they let us keep the accounts...
that's the big question...as of now it is in beta and therefore free. but it remains to be seen what is going to happen once it goes live public. it's great and most likely they're just hooking all of us with this beta timeframe
