Well the search form is kinda in my other widgets , Recent posts in this case(See screenshot)



Anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Create a searchform.php in your theme, Put your searchform code in there that form will get used instead wherever you use the search widget.
Or just remove or replace it

 

Remove that default search code from theme and use this wordpress plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search-everything/

fix your css according to your design

 

tou can search another 'search plugins'
there are dozen search plugins in wordpress dot org

 

define the search class in your theme and fix it ...... so simple
