Hi there, I've my jobs while doing my websites but I've been fired for now because of company debt. The only thing I have for now is my 2 sites and 5 unused domains. I've no idea how to make a site that can generate revenue for my living. I'm thinking about travel or pet but there is too general. I want only $10 / day for my living. Please give me some suggestion.

    Regards,

Maybe you could do some paid posting jobs for one of the forum posting companies to scape a little extra income together until you can get your site income up...

How about joining a website called MPAM.

It is a website that teaches you step by step course on how to make a living online. They provide you with the following courses; Basic Course, 20 Step Course, 20 Step Plus Course, Traffic Course and an Income Streams Course.

Plus you can make money straight away by writing articles and selling them to the owner for $5 a piece. There is also a great affiliate opportunity.

The downside is that you have to pay a monthly subscription which is $29.99 although writing 6 articles a month covers this.

I have been a member for a while now and I think it's pretty good.

Let me know if you require any more information.

I would say get a temporary job to support yourself as you study and build up your income from the web.

You could buy an already developed site and this way you can just focus on optimizing for search engines (getting links) and getting more traffic.

Try getting another job until you actually can make a living with your sites. Here is a little helper:
    hotjobs.com
    craigslist.org
    dice.com
    monster.com

    Good luck!

If I were you, I would do the following... :)

    * Do a little research using some keyword tool. (DP has one.). Find one or more nitch which is not very populated, but has potential. Then use my 5 domains to build 5 sites and probably 5 more sub domain sites on the same domains. A potential nitch is one which is not very highly searched for, but still gets like 40-100 searchs a day. Plus google does not show more than 100,000-150,000 results for that term.

    * Then I will sign up with adsense and put codes on these sites. (50 people visiting your 1 site each day, 5 click ads. Hopefully you will get $2 from 1 site. There are 5...)

    * Then I will find some products which are closely related and sign up for affiliate programs. Recommend these products on the sites. (1 or 2 people buy, you get your required $10.)

    * Once the sites are ready with about 20 pages of content, start submitting to web directories. Lot of DP members maintain a directory list. There are threads listing directories as well. Use the search feature above. If I am right, there are more than 500 free directories. If all of them link to you, and your competition is low, you will hopefully make it to search engines. Read more of DP for detailed SEO tips.

    * If you are already considering writing articles, submit your articles to article directories as well. Again there are DP threads listing free article directories which accept articles. I sold 2 of my products with 1 article submitted to 3 article directories, with the link in my BIO. (Profit= $37 per product ).

Submit like 1-4 articles each day if possible. Remember, the person needs to visit your site following your BIO link in order to buy because most article sites will not allow sales letter submitted in the name of articles.(Not a good practice as well.)

    * You can also offer some useful service on your web site like directory submission, Content writer, forum poster, article submission, Free lancer doing the same thing as you were doing in your job etc. :)

This will keep bringing the required money till your sites make it to search engines etc.
Although with good articles, your site will start getting traffic way before your site makes it to search engines...
Plus get a part time job if not a full time, just to have an option in hand.
You will have to work hard to earn a living using web.
    Best of luck :)
