I have a website which ranks 8 in google means on the first page for the keyword "eyes bags" having 90,500 searches per month, please tell me that for how much $$$ i must sell the site?.

There are many criteria for selling your websites in XXX. I think if your websites has rank 8 and in first page than it depend on business coming from your sites and what was the coming market for your targeted keyword. You can sell your domain anywhere in this amount.

 

In google search for "eyes bags" there is no website ranked at 8 so it must be for some other keyword. however a good place to get an estimate on your domain name is google so just enter give me estimate for my domain google will assist you. In practical terms your domain will be worth whatever the amount after a full review how much earning it generates from online. So PR 8 is great but there is a chance PR 8 is not earning as much due to many reasons. However great work dude to bringing your site to PR 8!

 

My site is not a PR 8 site but it ranks 8 position on google for the keyword "eyes bags" and site name is eyesbags.com

Anyway, I believe you can build an informational website and place some Adsense in it. Another suggestion is to find a relevant ClickBank product and build a sales page for this product on your site (don't look too spammy though, make the article really information and at the end mention the relevant product from CB).

Depends on the condition of the site and how much flexible it can be. The buyer might want to change a few things and that might ruin your site so take advice from friends that are doing this kind of business, they will be able to help you out.
