Any idea about PR

    Hello

    When will update PR again i am waiting for that

    Why because i did lot of work i want to see my websites PR soon(Not same :increased PR)any idea this month or next month ?

    I think, it will be on next August, may be but not sure...... Normally, they used to update for every 2 or 3 month :)

    As what Matt Cutts said : "By the time you see newer PageRanks in the toolbar, those values have already been incorporated in how we score/rank our search results. So while you may be happy to see that the Google Toolbar shows a little more PageRank for a given page, it’s not as if that causes a change in search results at that point. So you won’t see any search engine result page (SERP) changes as a result of this PageRank export--those changes have been gradually baking in since the last PageRank export."

    Ok. I thought that the sites were live (estimated on links) because my sites PR changes at different times from each other sometimes a week apart.

    If you did a lot of work, you should see an increase in your SERPs. Although you cannot see your PR now, Google scales it everyday and if you did a lot of backlinking and work, it should show in the SERPs. If not, just keep backlinking until you see some noticeable exposure.

    I wouldn't hold my breath until starting of september , Unless you are trying to impress an advertiser , PR number means absolutely nothing. Google reflects the backlinks and other incoming links on a continuous 24 hour a day flow. Just because your PR number is the same doesn't mean that Google wont adjust your rankings.
