saran321, quite difficult to determine when google update PR.It is adviced that you concentrate on writing good content.
That's a very strange question! PR has already updated many times in 2008 and it might again get updated in January 2009.
The more I read about PR, the more I hear it's irrelevant. I think Google wants to really get the ball rolling that we should not worry about it and instead just keep doing the various content building and SEO items to make our sites great. At the end of the day I think people use it more for status than anything else.
Does anybody here know when will the next PR update occur? I don't believe we'll have to wait until January 2009 for a new update, as somebody here said.
PR updated were usually expected every quarter of the year, the last one was at the end of September and expect it to occur either late December or early January. But of course, the good things to do about it is to strive to have good rankings instead of PR.
That doesnt make much sense, "who cares about PR, go build backlinks" Surely if your backlink building then you care about PR? Unless its links for refferal traffic, But thats not wat you meant I dont think.
Some says it is quarterly updating....but if i were you just continue link building and create quality content for your site...don't worry about the updates, it will surely come..
As all above said already have seen 4 PR updates from google. i think next PR update might come in the last week of December or than surely in next year, may be in Jan or Feb.
No one can predict the PR update..it depends upon the sole whim and fancies of Google.. Keep building links and do n't wait for a PR update..
