    i use that dumb Excel sheet:( for invoice management

    any1 can advice me free software for that??

    WHMCS is the best around. It has many automation settings and recurring billing system as well.

    If you are hosted on Linux hosting platform and use WHM/cPanel then you can use "PHPcoin" billing application which comes with cPanel. You can use this free to use application.
