Any high rates CPM networks left?

Hi i wonder what are good CPM networks in 2014?
Ideally i'm looking for:
-Highest eCPM rate
-No popups/popunder
-Low fill rate is OK, as long as backup tags feature exist.
-Must be possible to get approved with 7k daily uniques, no porn site but no "adsense" site either.

i'm aware of:

Anything else that wont't take a CNN site to get approved?

Unfortunately not, seems the CPM market is dying and CPC is the best bet at this point.

 

I do not quite agree that the CPM market is dying. But the online audience is changed.
More and more people move away from using desktops/laptops to using mobile, tablets and even "smart watches".
Many traditional ad formats like banners are not optimized for using on such devices, CTR becomes lower and this affects the eCPM for publishers.

In most cases, the more aggressive ads you use (like popunders) - the higher your income.
For mobile users it is recommended to use optimized ad formats like: notices, interstitial, dialog ads and other ads that can be used without interfering with traditional banners.

 

You can try to apply to PulsePoint, they have very good rates. But as I heard, they are not approving new publishers anymore - it is pretty hard to get approved by them. Try them anyway, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones

 

Just started with TLVMedia recently after trying every possible network. They work great for my traffic.
