    Hi can anyone tell me some high paying CPM that pay by impressions? and I don't want it contain adware,spyware,viruses etc... I can promote banners & pages (not popups)

    if you are looking for only cpm then check valueclick media they are only cpm all other are mix of cpc and cpm

    Top Notch would be Tribal but if you have an anime site chances are you will not get accepted in. Adversal has crappy eCPM

    It is really difficult to find a good cpm network these days, If you have good traffic from European countries then you can try valueclick Media.
