Hello, I have a website in which I update posts once in a week so my new posts gets indexed only after 7-9 days. I'm planning to buy any indexing service for fast indexing. My Question is Is there any free Tool available for Fast Indexing? or Is it right to use Indexing Service? It would be great if anyone suggest me on this. Thanks
I would say that let your content index naturally for better result in SEO. The more activities you would make on your site the faster indexing you would get.
I've never worried about indexing. Unless it's a brand new site, it gets indexed pretty fast. Plus, those indexing services sometimes submit your site to places where you don't want to be (depends on the service of course). So, I'd rather invest in some social media marketing software that supports Google+. This way you can do several things at once: share your content in social networks and get it indexed.
Don't worry about it, sites always get indexed eventually, as long as there's nothin blackhat goin on.
I always laugh when people use the words "fast indexing." If your site is crawlable and you build links to the site, you will get indexed. Getting indexed "fast" doesn't improve your rankings.
In my mind, these services serve as a red flag and footprint for spam/black hats as these seem to be the target market/who is using them. Just share socially with your site's followers and it will be indexed.
Update sitemap.xml and submit it in under Google webmasters, share it publicly on Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, Submit RSS feed URL in pingomatic.com and these should help you index your content fast with in few hours. Hit the places which search engines crawl constantly.
What do you think of linking to sitemap.xml on your site? You see some sites doing this even though a XML sitemap is not for users.
Exactly, not for users. Sharing your sitemap publicly? Seems to be pointless, Google knows where to find it, particularly if you've submitted it to Google Webmaster Tools. It's advice like rankwatch.com's that will lead to the next crying by webmasters/SEOs that Google indexes an URL they don't want in there (or something similar). Don't link if you don't want it in! It seems like a signature of "trying too hard" as well, just like many other pointless, over-optimising activities.
