Hello, I am looking for a performant google adwords: keywork tool (adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) for Yahoo!, do you recomend any ? Basicelly just a tool that would tell you how many searches there are for a given keyword. I need it because one of my websites is #1 on Yahoo! for a very very competitive keyword (49,500 searches per month on Google. Well it isn't huge, but it's not an English site so there are less searches) and still I get 0 visitors from Yahoo!. Kinda amazing and makes me wounder, is anyone actually using Yahoo! ?
A few years ago Yahoo has its own keyword suggestion tool but you may easily trust the Google's tool data and use it to find terms for optimizing your site on Yahoo as well.
they stopped updating it because they didn't want to make it public. i'm thinking they have something for advertiser,but i never advertised in yahoo so i'm not sure.
If you have a YSM account and go to setup a campaign, they will give you keyword recommendations and # of predicted searches. Besides that, they used to have "Overtures" keyword tool which is outdated now. Overture was the original search marketing management service on Yahoo before, Yahoo took over.
