Any good women self defense programs?

    I have some sites concerning women self defense. Searched through some aff directory such as CB to find nothing relevant for me to promote.

    Can you please name that book for me?

    I have searched CB over and over but couldn't find any. Just a few street fight books, which are primarily for men I think.
