    Hi,

Any one knows any good web editor for Ubuntu linux?

I have tried NVU but find it frustrating because it changes the HTML codes by itself.

Any recoomendation is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

personally, I like gEdit. Default flat text editor in Ubuntu under gnome - who needs more?

But then, I consider anything more complex than notepad to be a waste.

Not that I'd do web development in linux since you end up having to run a VM or Wine to test other browsers (and so far my efforts to get Safari 3 beta working under Wine have been LESS than successful)

Well, that and all the open source graphics editors are tinkertoys.
