Any good uptime monitoring tools???

    I want to check my sites uptime,
    is there any reliable site to monitor my uptime. I have heard that there are so many free sites around.
    I don't know which one would provide accurate results..
    CAn you guys please list some of those sites here..

    i have signed up with hyperspin,
    Whats the difference in choosing the interval of checking, from 1 minute , 2, 3 etc?
    i have choosen 10 minute for now.
