I know its still early , I finished only 9th grade , which is first year of high school over here (in Romania) , but I was wondering what would be some good universities from foreign countries that offer scholarship ? I am interested in programming , maybe web design too , but mainly programming thanks edit : I can write , read & speak in english good
We cannot properly answer your question until we know what languages you can read and write in. However if you are proficient in French, then I would recommend Europe's oldest university. La Sorbonne in Paris. (they have some English courses too)
