    I use them on my directories, see my signature.

    Good part is that the thumb are not dated as in case of MSN

    Alexa is one of the best. I think Domain Tools do one too? (I may be wrong!).

    I do not quite understand how the Alexa thumbnail service works.

    It says $0.002 for a thumbnail. Does it mean it costs $0.002 for a thumbnail regardless of impressions? How about future update of thumbnail from a same website?

    You can use iwebtool. I found this is ok. You can also try with domaintools.com
