Any good submition service to multiple directories?

Do you know any good submition service to directories. It may be either free or paid, preferable a good software. There are a lot of those now, but which one can be trusted?
Or do you guys submit manually to directories..?

I use Tuning from here every time. He's probably one of the most steady and reliable submitters

(Yes, I realize he isn't software, but since I wouldn't use software, I thought I would give my opinion)

 

I also provide this service. For DP members i submit to 100 directories for $32.

 

Web Rover is also very good (and dependable). I have used one of his other services and really liked his work

Thanks for you comments, I'll need to submit to few hundeds of different directories.
It's not very hard to find those directories, but it's rather boring to submit manually, so I was thinking of hiring someone to submit the site.
web-rover $32 for 100 submittion seem like a good price, I was thinking of something like that. May I see some directories there you submit? Which PR do they have and do they all have different C group ip address (I'm not sure about how it is important, but I've heard that it helps much to get high SERP in google)

How much does he take? Is it per submittion or per _inclusion_ ?
What are the regular fees for submittion? And which PRs can I expect to be the pages where my link will appear?
Are all these guys using some software or is it manual submittion?
