Hey Guys Im new to this site and im seeking some help I will try to keep my self from rambling on.
Ok I just got done building my ezine website and Im trying to wrap my brain around a good way to draw traffic into my site. My content is good I got alot of interviews with some famous people and got a couple of them working with me. But I was never very good at generating traffic. Here is what im doing right now to get traffic.

Website Submission: Google, MSN, Yahoo ext.....

Social Networking: Myspace, Facebook, Twitter ext....
I am using Friend blaster pro and Twitter blaster pro to make life a little easier.

Indexing: Digg, Stumble Upon, Reddit ext......
(Though I really dont know what the hell im doing on these sites I think I got 1 digg from someone!

Blogging and PR: Going to free PR sites and submitting my storys. Also set up a wordpress and blogger accounts.

Building links: Well I think I have a total of like 500 links though only about 50 of them are good links!

Link exchange: I dont know if this is going to hurt me in the long run?

Thats about it. Any other input will def. help me out! Im getting a grand total of 50 hits a day!!!! pretty crappy! Check out my site and see if there is something more I should be doing! www.burlschoolmag.com

ps: Please dont tell me my site is way to slow im working on that issue right now!

I would build up your forum. Either pay people to add content or do it yourself. Also I would offer a non flash version to your website. Also you can run your website through adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal and see what words your website is ranking for, and see if you can get your website on the google front page based on some of those keywords.
