Xenu Link Sleuth is a freedownload and it has a sitemap feature that will crawl the links on your site and generate an HTML page with links that use the page title as anchor text. Its a little cutting and pasting, but it is automated. Note that it does not work well on sites with 10,000+ pages.

Google has a nice sitemap application if you have Python on your server. It creates sitemaps which of course are compatible with Google Sitemaps.

    Yea... here: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Not affilated with them... I use the online version, save the text, then customize my frequency and priority based on what I actually do on the site and the promience of the pages.

I have bookmarked all the sitemap generators mentioned on this site but before I go thought them let me ask if any of them or any others are good for a small site about 75 pages. I am using shared hosting with a site that is accessed by all of its users by there individual username and passwords to get to each site owners site to work on. You do not need FTP clients to upload pictures. Having said all the they will not tell site owners the username and password for there hosting company we all pay for. Another problem is while html will work, xml will not. Because of that I am looking for some way to generate a google site map with no need for xml or and FTP client. Does anyone have any recommendations.
