Any good scripts that I can convert to from biz directory script?

Hey,
I'm using biz directory script right now for my site but I want to convert to something with more features.

What I really want is something that makes my work a lot quicker and easier (Approving submissions, checking for broken links, premium listings etc.).

I am spending a lot more time than I want on the site so I would like something that is a little more automated and has built in features to make it easier for me to manage listings.

I also want to have something to make a little more money from my directory (Making next to nothing now and it's taking a lot of time) - I would like to have premium and free listings.
I was going to code this myself to biz directory but they don't allow it.

I'm not sure about converting your data but WSN Links is a good script if you reallt spend time tweaking your directory to the way you like it.

i am using PHPLinkDirectory and very happy with it.

 

sorry dunno of any convertor scripts, but phplinkdirectory is what i use.

 

I was looking for the same thing, wanted to switch to the sitesift-script, but at the moment it seems kinda hard to convert all the data.

Maby when Mia has their script ready it will be easier to convert to that script. I believe it should be ready later this year.. I also know that Stuart is working on a solution for this, maby it will be available in the pro-version of sitesift-script.

your biz directory implementation looks good. I would recommend you one of the following scripts:

PHPLinkDirectory
Site Sift Listings
CPLinks

Regarding converting data, send me a pm, and I can help you convert your data to/from the biz directory data.

I've been converting people to phpLD for free when asked.

 

You will need customization work as there is no ready script in market which will convert biz directory script
