Any Good phone in range of Rs.20K or $450 with 8MP camera + Android ?

    I am searching for a android smartphone with 8mp camera and latest android ICS.
    I prefer HTC, Samsung but couldn't find any good phone. So, suggest me few if you know of any. :confused:

    But it costs almost Rs.40000 which is near about $800 in India.

    Which OS you prefer?? If you are Android lover then you need to spend some more amount for Brand Quality + Camera otherwise you can go with Nokia

    and if you don't want to stick with 8MP then you can go with just launched phones like

    because sony mobiles give very good result with 5MP also..and most important thing..now the latest Android phones comes with large built-in internal memory like 2-3 GB so no problem occurs when you install so many apps.. previously phones in range 10-15K comes tih 180-200 MB internal memory and it's really headache...if you don't like this two then please describe more requirements so i can suggest you best one.
