    Hi cellution,

    Sure there are lots of reputable networks that pay on time that offer pay per lead or pay per free sign up programs.

    You'll find more of the lead gen programs on the affiliate networks.
    Some of the good ones include CJ, Google Affiliate Network and Sharasale.

    You'll find more of the pay per free sign up programs on the CPA networks.
    Some good ones I know personally are MediaTrust (formerly Advaliant) and MarketLeverage.

    There are several out there, just do your research and make sure they are paying and trustworthy.

    New networks pop up everyday and are gone just a fast along with all your commissions :(
