Any good pay per download program for international traffic?

    Hello, I am making some templates to share so anyone could suggest a good pay per download program for international traffic? I'd prefer about $5~$10/1000 downloads and accept international traffic. Also, I'd prefer small files size, min pay out limit and pay thru paypal. Thanks a lot.

    I guess freakshare pays 5 euros per 1000 downloads regardless the country of the downloaders.

    Have you tried hotfile? I am not sure if it accepts international traffic though.

    What counts as fraudulent downloads, and why wait such a long time to pay? Too good to be true meethinks.

    Effectively, you get to work for 2 months before they decide that all your downloads were *ahem* fraudulent. lol

    netgull is too good to be true, how can they afford $300 per 1000 downloads, they cannot earn even $100 per 1000 ads impressions
