Do you know any good html/css designers or any methods i can find them?
I will need to redesign one of my new site and i want to make it nice (i mean real nice)

I've looked at http://www.cramersolutions.com/ .. (yea! That is a good design that i want!) which is designed by http://www.metaconceptions.com/

I do think that they will provide a nice design for me, but they are quoting me too high! $600 for a simple template!

Do anyone know any good designer which are cheaper. I can spend a max of $100-$250. Or do any1 know if there are any designer forum so that i can post my project as a contest?

Your help is much appreciate! You can contact me too if you think you are a good designer but i will need to see your portfolio and happy with it before i disclose my website. :)

    Thanks alot!!

p/s: I try to find some independent designer by browsing different sites at http://cssbeauty.com/ (nice site!) but no luck finding any.

For $60 dollars you can get some really good templates from templatemonster why not try looking through the examples?

You won't get much for $150 compared to what you get from a template.

Also the metaconceptions page has div errors in IE7.........

agreed - you're going to have a tough time finding good designers who will work for that. $600 is VERY reasonable for a custom, one-off non-mass-produced site layout. I've never seen or used templatemonster templates in the real world, but they do have some nice looking designs - although they do tend to look... um.... template-y?

The problem with that layout may not be the coding, but the images. The problem with them is that you have to have the concept, draw out a rough cut, go back and forth with the client, have them make suggestions, redraw whatever needs to be redrawn, etc.

But, if you want it done on the cheap, you might get lucky with www.rentacoder.com .

hmm .. I'm not willing to pour in $600 just for a design of a page as the website is new and it is a non profit website. And the design might be stolen someday else in the future.

But anyway, Thanks for your comments!

Looking forward for more comments! Shoot me :)
