    Hi guys

I use mac but im trying to help a friend find a reliable piece of software that will simply handle images of all diff sizes and filetypes (inc tiff) and enable him to convert them and resize them, preferably crop also.

I know there is tons of stuff floating about out there but I wondered had anyone got any experience with a tool that they thought was good, not buggy, or didnt have ads plastered all over it?

    Thanks! :)

thanks this is a good shout for a designer/someone who is familiar with pixel dimensions but i am looking for something a bit more intuitive for a non-techy/non-computer oriented person :)

have you tried Google's Picasa - it's export function resizes and watermarks. Handles lots of image types, not just photos
