Hi guys I use mac but im trying to help a friend find a reliable piece of software that will simply handle images of all diff sizes and filetypes (inc tiff) and enable him to convert them and resize them, preferably crop also. I know there is tons of stuff floating about out there but I wondered had anyone got any experience with a tool that they thought was good, not buggy, or didnt have ads plastered all over it? Thanks!
thanks this is a good shout for a designer/someone who is familiar with pixel dimensions but i am looking for something a bit more intuitive for a non-techy/non-computer oriented person
For batch resizing: http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/ Just select all files > right click it > choose 'resize'
have you tried Google's Picasa - it's export function resizes and watermarks. Handles lots of image types, not just photos
I have just the tool you need, please check this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2191710#post16422318
try iCollage for Mac. It is a Mac Photo Editing Software which can offer you various templates and assist you to Make in a batch.
you can try picasa. i use it for batch edits too. Gimp is like photoshop but more basic.. but the good thing tough.. its free
