    You do not need to submit your website to to the top search engines. Those search engines can find your site as long as you have some quality backlinks. Since you need quality links to rank well anyway, you might as well build links instead of wasting time submitting to search engines.

    Worknet.tk is what I used, but I would recommend just doing social bookmarking to get indexed faster.
