Any Good Free FLV Video Maker?

Hello,

Do you know any good FREE FLV video maker that can be used to create good quality and small size video files?

I've tried windows video maker but the file size is large and the quality isn't so good for youtube.

You want freeware, and you can try online FLV converters, most of them are completely free.
Some online flv converter are good, Though it is a little bit of slow but works well .
