Any good domains escrow services ?

I want to sell domain above 500$ to someone and I afraid to do it privately.
Is there any service (no Sedo) which can make this deal without any extreme verifications and fast and with low fees ?

I need that kind of service because I'm afraid that after I'll push the domain the buyer will do chargeback in Paypal , is escrow service is good to prevant that ?

I noticed the escrow services at moniker earlier today, i will have a look around, see whats available elsewhere too and report back here when i can.

Agreed. Moniker seems to be more secure from what I've read.
