Any good pay per lead or other such forms where you do not need to sell.

ryanman, some aff networks offer program where you get paid when a visitor just submits email address the payouts are low, but conversation rate is high.

Ryan, there are many affiliate programs that offer payouts for just an email address or a zipcode entered as Michael stated.

Just make sure you pick the right campaign that does good with your traffic.

Do a lot of testing!

 

yes there are many that payout per lead or signup. you should check out azoogle, maxbounty, CPA empire, Hydra network. See my sig for tips and links.

 

Shareasale has a couple Pay per lead...so does azoogle and a few others...it depends on your industry

 

Freebie offers and surveys should work for you - depends on your site
Maxbounty, Offersquest, CPAstorm and clickbooth has lots of them

I have heard of Pay-Per-Lead programs within Shareasle, LinkShare and Maxbounty.

CJ has some but this network is not advisable at all, they usually shave your earning or "deactivate" advertisers taking back whatever money earn.

Most Penpal programs pay per lead as well,

 

this is True many of the CPA offers are giving a way free stuff or entries into contests.
