Moreniche offer templates, hosting, and content. They do recommend you to rewrite the content at least a little if you want to be successful.
I'd be surprised if you could be very successful with something like that. You need to build traffic around something a little unique. Check out my sig for a good place to build affiliate sites, they have some great free info.
Moreniche does it, and to an extent Zango/PPN does it as well. You should look into these perhaps. We have a review of PPN over at my site (my username) that might help you decide.
