Any Good Advice On Open Source Software For Document Management?

I've been looking for this for sometime but need somebody who is practically using one.

Basically its a small enterprise where we need to manage our documents in a systematic form. We are all on windows 32 bits with xp running.

Any good advice?

 

I strongly advise you use a paid software coz its less buggy and more reliable in term of support.
