Any free versions of this script?

Hi guys,
Looking for a script similar to that used in proxy sites (proxy.org) for example.
I came across this type of script here: http://www.proxylistscript.com/ however it ahs a rediculous price tag.
If anyone knows where I can get a similar type script, then do let me know.

Great script, well worth the price

I highly recommend it if you own a proxy listing site, great admin backend and very simple to add sites - and also requires little maintenance once you have it up and running
