Any Free tell friend script that can import addressbook contacts and send emails?

    hello,
    I am looking for a free tell friend script that can also import email addressbook contacts and send emails.

    I have seen some such scripts in sourceforge that can import from
    GMail, Lycos, Mail.com, Yahoo!, Live/Hotmail, AOL, etc or social portals like Twitter, Orkut, Facebook, MySpace, Flickr, Hi5, etc.
    but that was not working.

    Please suggest me any such script.

    Free contacts importer are not updated.
