well if you are asking about free search engine submission service then you can try www.submitexpress.com free is most expensive means it will hurt your site more then giving any benefit.
awwwwwwwww, ok. So, what I'm guessing is this .... by using a "submission service", the major search engines will penalize you at some point because of this, thus lowering your ranking.
