Do you just need something for a one-time job or something like that? If so, you could use the free trial versions of paid sitemap generator tools, e.g. A1 Sitemap Generator.
Websitetools, thanks for your suggestion, unfortunately i have used trial of A1 sitemap generator already so sad its quite expensive to buy... i need it constantly as im adding new photos daily
Did you try to put all the images in a page, you win double, you get both regular search as image results.
this i think is what you need : auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp you can choose to only include ".jpg" or what ever you need , it uses a java applet in your client to follow every link and spider every document / page , only saving those you choose in your site map. it can produce urls.txt for yahoo ( old now ) or sitemap.xml for google and bing , can also save a nicely formated .html file for users to browse, if you wanted such a think.. oh and its free
@Gifts From Scotland Thanks for this suggestion, i have just tested it (might be that i missed something) i think its does not link image file to the page it was found. Also it does not adds "Alt" text besides it. Image sitemaps should include this info in order to benefit from search engines. Otherwise there is no point in indexing jpg file if it does not link to a page where it is found and no keywords (alt text) it can be searched with. ... but might be i just haven't found the way to set it up correctly...
