Any free email co-branding services?

For one of my domains I want to provide users with free email service. Do you know of any reliable email (webmail) co-branding companies? It should be something like Google apps for domains but without 50 user limitation.

As far as I know it comes with a package of 500 addresses, which could be extended for free.

Good info but do you still have any control on the domains after this?
