Any Free Databases available ? (not free db hosting!)

    Hello,

    Are there any websites that give us free databases so that we can use it on our own... visit this website www(dot)sort24(dot)com .... this uses a database of thier own and i want to know if there are any free databases available....

    I previously used DMOz ODP but its efficient only on an broadband connection else i get a timeout....

    Personally I would pay for one that has limited copies. There is a lot of value in not having the same thing as 50,000 other people.
