yeah i used to use www.phplivesupport.com and it was pretty cheap, but a very nice program. Live chat proved to be too much of a hassle though, so I discontinued a few years ago.

PHP Live is good petronel but if want to have a free one then try using craftysyntax

 

yes, craftysyntax.com is ok, i had some problems because of big log database, but i removed old logs and now is fine.
