any firefox extension to block sites?

Hey, do you know any firefox extension that allows to block different sites from accessing them, like forums.digitalpoint.com?

I'm confused. You say you want to block sites from accessing your browser?

I think perhaps you meant the other way around, like a parental control?

 

yeah, something like that, I want to block some sites so that a person using my browser won't be able to access them..

 

I haven't seen a plugin for that, but if you ask around at the mozilla foundation forums, I'd be willing to bet you can set that via accessing some hidden parameters.

 

try this one:

go to www.earthlink.net
then go to the tools and software link...
then somewhere there, you will see a link that says download earthlink toolbar or somehting like that.

you could try that for free

by downloading it, you will be having parental control and you could list the websites that you wanna block
